Independent auditors have just confirmed that technology behind malware and IPVanish tracker tools is one of the best on the market.
Vipre Advanced Security received the highest note during the last protection against malware protection carried out by AV comparison in March 2025. The Bundle Antivirus service stood out from its strong performance in several potential attack scenarios.
The results occur a week after an independent audit also confirmed that Ipvanish never reports the data of users, in accordance with what is indicated in its VPN policy without log.
A victory for IPVanish user safety
In its latest malware protection test, AV-comparative experts have verified the capacity of 19 security products to detect and prevent infections from a wide range of malware threats. These include some of the best antivirus services such as Avast, Bitdefender, McAfee, Norton and more.
More than 10,000 of the most recent malicious software samples have been tested on a fully updated Windows 11 machine, with the evaluation including offline and online digitization as well as live execution and mirroring the real world’s conditions.
VIPRE Advanced Security was one of the 10 suppliers to obtain an advanced note + of AV comparations after having excelled in all key measurements. More specifically, the tool detected 98.7% of threats in a coherent online and offline, obtaining a protective score of 99.93% during live execution assessments. IPVanish published its threat protection functionality in March of last year in all its applications, placing the supplier alongside some of the best VPN services already offering a similar tool.
The protection of IPVanish threats works by filtering the third -party content before loading to preserve the use of data while also blocking third -party cookies and the monitoring of scripts. At the same time, this prevents you from accessing known malicious websites, including phishing schemes and malware sites, to further protect users and data.
Last June, IPVanish also launched a service of a link, built on VIPRE technology. The tool is an autonomous website and is free to use for everyone, whether or not you are an IPVanish subscriber, to check URL safety before clicking and protecting against phishing scams.
The supplier recently integrated a similar tool on its iOS and Android VPN applications. It is a QR code verifier that allows users to scan the QR codes to detect malware and phishing traps.
