Islamabad:
Arrivals in flight and departures at Islamabad international airport will be suspended for specific hours from August 6 to 9 and from August 11 to 14 due to the rehearsals of the independence parade, according to an opinion of the aviators (NOTAM) issued by Civil Pakistan Aviation Authority.
According to NOTAM, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the airport will remain closed and all suspended flight operations. Airlines were invited not to plan flights during these hours.
In addition, from August 11 to 13, operations will also be interrupted from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pakistan standard time.
