Inter-service Public Relations (ISPR) has published a new hymn, “Cashmire Banay Ga Pakistan”, on the occasion of the Solidarity Day of Kashmir, which is observed each year on February 5 to show its support to the inhabitants of Kashmir Administered by the Indians.
The song, which transmits a strong message of unity and commitment to the cause of cashmere, presents the voice of the famous singer Ahmed Jahanzeb. The music was composed by Irfan Saleem and Kamran Khan, with the words written by Imran Raza.
The anthem was specifically created to mark this important day and strengthens the feeling of solidarity with the courageous and resilient people of the cashmere.
The song opens with a historical discourse of the late chief of Hurriyat Syed Ali Geelani, in which he said: “Islamic, Pakistan is us, and we are Pakistan.” He also led the crowd to sing slogans for freedom.
This anthem recalls the unshakable support of Pakistan to the fight of cashmere for self -determination and highlights the commitment of the nation to stand alongside the people of the region.
