Death Stranding 2: On the beach Will apparently perceive players using a unique melee weapon, which was presented in the announcement trailer for the game.
It is according to the ESRB coast page of the game, which seems to confirm that Death Stranding 2 will allow players to use the “battle guitar” as a melee weapon (via IGN).
“This is an action game in which players assume the role of a letter (Sam Porter Bridges) which tries to reconnect the company in a post-apocalyptic world. From the point of view of the third person, the players are going through an open world landscape to deliver various products and packages,” indicates the summary of the rating.
“Along the way, players can engage in combat against human soldiers, battle androids and ghostly appearances. Players use melee weapons (for example, battle guitar) and firearms (for example, machine guns, sniper rifles) to kill enemies.”
If you are not familiar, the battle guitar was first manifested by the character of Troy Baker, Higgs Monaghan, in the first trailer for the game.
To watch
The images of the trailer show that it is a modified, orange and black electric guitar, and when the strings are scratched, it will draw electrical energy from the enemies.
In the following, you play again as Sam Bridges, it therefore seems that players can get the melee weapon at a given moment in history.
