IVD Medical of Hong Kong adds the crypto to the Treasury with $ 19 million and buy

Another Hong Kong company adds crypto to its treasure, but it wants to do it more than keep it passively.

IVD Medical Holdings bought $ 19 million ($ 149 million HK) ether (Eth)Positioning the assets at the center of its real asset tokenization strategy.

The company built IVD.xyz, a platform for intellectual pharmaceutical tokenizing and other health workers, which will take place entirely on Ethereum intelligent contracts.

In a statement in Coindesk, the director of strategy Gary Deng said that Ethereum had been chosen as a basic asset because it is “the most mature intelligent contract platform in the world” with “extremely high liquidity” and increasing institutional recognition, pointing to the dry approval of the United States of an ETH spot.

IVD plans to use ETH for chain ownership confirmation, automated income distribution and the governance of the compliance of token assets.

It will also serve as a layer of settlement for the stable IvDD planned by the company, allowing cross-border transactions in the Hong Kong and United States compliance executives. RWA transactions revenues will automatically be converted to ETH and deposited in Treasury.

IVD also intends to deploy ETH in the derivatives of clearing, reinstalling and chain to increase yields and liquidity while adding protection against drawbacks. This decision puts IVD alongside a small group of companies listed at HKEX with cryptographic treasures, most of which promote bitcoin

.

Interactive Boyaa (0434.hk) Has more than 3,100 BTC worth more than $ 300 million after converting almost all of its ether into Bitcoin. Meitu (1357.hk) Bought around 31,000 ETH and 940 BTC in 2021 Before getting out of these positions.
