Jack Bech said that his dream of going to the NFL was not only his, but also his brother’s dream.

“I have the impression, or I do not feel like I know that I am a special two for one now. Not only have the raiders have Jack Bech, they become Tiger Bech too. It was not only my dream, it was our dream, it was something we talked about.

“My brother is this one, he pushed me every day to be the best. He showed me how to live, he showed me how to play the game, but above all, showed me how to be a good human being, how to put others first and how to really love. So, yes, it was not only me, it was my brother’s dream, my family’s dream, so that’s why I didn’t say.”

Bech said that discovering that his brother was dead was a “bizarre” and “crazy” feeling, but he has faith in God and trusted him.

“Oh yes, it was definitely a feeling of strange madman. You know that you never think that these things will happen to you until they do it. It was definitely a hard pill to swallow, but at the end of the day, knowing that God does not make any mistakes, and he does everything for a specific reason and goal, and really go on his knees and kiss this,” said Bech.

“God does everything for a reason and that he will take care of you and my family and that is what I and my family have done and without our faith, our belief and our confidence in God, we will certainly not be where we are today. Just as in the way we have manipulated everything and continue to manage everything.”

Bech said that his faith came from his parents taking him to the Church when he was a child and his faith in God was reinforced over time.

“I think that, obviously, my parents from a very young age always bringing me to the church, you just know how to put the church on a young age and age, go through high school and just college (have) different mentors,” said Bech.

“So many different people along the way I helping me stay on the right track and not only to help me stay on the right track, but to really strengthen my faith throughout each stage. It was so huge for me, and as I said without all these people in my life, helping to build my faith, I certainly do not think that I could not have managed, my family could not have managed the situation as we did.”

Bech spent the first two seasons of his university career with LSU, before transferring to TCU. The 22 -year -old broke out in his last year, because he had 62 catches for 1,034 yards and nine affected.

Bech will join Brock Bowers, Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker as a lot for the quarter-back of the new Raiders Geno Smith.
