The quarter of the BYU Jake Retzlaff denied allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman in 2023, according to newly deposited court documents.
Retzlaff, 22, is continued for a battery, assault and an intentional infliction of emotional distress of an alleged assault at Retzlaff’s apartment in November 2023, according to a trial in UTAH last month.

He was not charged criminally.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe Ag, said she met the university football player on social networks before agreeing to visit her in her apartment to play video games, Reported ESPN.
According to the complaint, the woman alleged that she and Retzlaff had started to kiss, but he ignored her requests to stop and continued to “climb the situation”.
