James Arthur, who was famous after winning the X-Factor in 2012, has just released the song, ADHD, After being diagnosed with the same disease.
Speaking with Mistake outing, the Say that you will not let go The singer frankly discussed how ADHD (hyperactivity disorder of the attention deficit) has an impact on her life.
“I see ADHD as a superpower with regard to the writing of songs,” he said. “It allows me to have a hyper -point with regard to things that fascinate me. And I deeply care about writing songs – so I can locate myself for long periods.”
Referring to his sixth studio album recently released, PISCES, Arthur told the publication that he was “proud” because in the album, he was “shamelessly” himself.
Meanwhile, the 37 -year -old singer explained that his songs have helped his listeners to reach out to other people with whom they have not spoken for some time and discussed mental health more openly.
“It is important to have a healthy internal dialogue because if we said some of the things we tell ourselves aloud to someone else, we would probably have an eye for black butter!” He continued.
Before concluding, shared Arthur. “It is always cathartic to write on difficult things. Make my vullerable takes courage and I know that I help others.”
