There is a question that NFL fans will want to know with regard to New York Giants at the start of this season. When will Jaxson Dart get the reins?
The Giants selected the old Ole Miss off competition in the first round of the NFL 2025 draft. But it seemed to have to wait a little longer to have a chance to start for the boys in blue. Super bowl champion Russell Wilson will start on Sunday against Washington commanders.

But as the NFL Network reported that Dart could see a certain time in different situations against commanders, Matt Ryan, a NFL MVP, said that the giants could better see at what speed DART can pick up things in the field.
“I think he is playing definitively. I think if you are Brian Daboll and you are Joe Schoen, right, the path of success in the future is Jaxson Dart,” said Ryan in the CBS Pregame Show. “The future of this organization is Jaxson Dart. I think the sooner you discover what you have, the sooner you let it grow, the better you will be.”

The giants have prepared a pack of parts for a quarter recruit, according to the NFL Network. These games are generally organized for players who can change the situation with their feet or hands – especially in the case of Taysom Hill a few years ago.
Dart apparently inspired the base of giant fans with its pre-season performance. However, he suggested that he was impatient to learn from Wilson’s wings.
“Russ has completely won (the starting role), and he played incredible, played Elite,” said Dart at the end of the pre-season. “So, for me, I just want to be the best teammate, and I just want this team to win. Whatever my role for it to happen, I will do it the best of my abilities.”

DART will be the safeguard of Wilson for Sunday’s match.
