Interestingly, an CB of the Supreme Court unveiled its order on Thursday in a case of seniority of the judges, declaring the transfer of three judges to the IHC in February of this year and the subsequent change in the IHC seniority list was in accordance with the law and the constitution.
Now, the acting chief of the IHC, Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, who was one of the judges transferred to the court, will be at the top of the list of the highest judges of the high court in the capital.
