Jennifer Aniston, known for her role as Rachel Green on Friends, took some time for herself.
Speaking to People magazine, Aniston said she’s learning to balance her work schedule and personal time.
Aniston told the outlet, “That’s another thing I’ve gotten really good at over the last couple of years is saving time.”
“I just tell the team, ‘White month is over.’ We’re not going to do anything whatever month works that year,” The Morning Show star added.
She then revealed that she told her team: “‘I’m going to leave. I’m going to take a vacation. There won’t be any work.’ And just kind of put it on your calendar. »
Aniston added, “I think it’s really important because if we’re running on steam because we’re working too hard and not giving ourselves the opportunity to refuel our bodies mentally and physically, we’re useless.”
“We’re cranky, we’re tired, we’re sleep deprived. I think the importance of that [rest] and recharging is imperative,” she noted.
Jennifer Aniston first appeared on screen as Rachel Green on Friends over 30 years ago, and since then the actress’ career has exploded.
