Jimmy Wayne Carwyle’s Jimmy Wayne Carwyle’s Haksman has been mentally unfit for appearing in trials.
Thursday, the Friends Star was not present to hear the psychiatrist, Dr. Phani Tumu, declare Carwyle as “currently incompetent to be trial”.
However, deputy public defender Robert Krauss told the Los Angeles County Court Judge Maria Cavallluzzi, the harasser, who is accused of having put his car in the front door of Jennifer’s home in Bel Air, obtained a “second opinion”.
Another audience that takes place next week, the judge appointed the second psychiatrist, Dr. Kory Knapke, to examine Carwyle.
