Jennifer Lawrence reflects on her days filming Adam McKay’s film Don’t look for and the challenges she went through.
The film was based on a dark comedy satire about two low-level astronomers, Dr. Randall Mindy (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Kate Dibiasky (Jennifer Lawrence), who discover a massive comet en route to a collision with Earth.
While working on the film, she apparently had a difficult time with co-star Jonah Hill (Jason Orlean).
In conversation with Vanity Fairshe explained, “It was really, really hard to film with Jonah, and not ruin take after take, laughing. We dedicated a whole day to him, just to improve the insults towards me. It was incredible.”
THE Die my love The star went on to praise the actor’s talent for improv, adding: “He’s just a master of comedy. I mean, we’ve all done a few [improv] but not as well as Jonas.
Reminiscent of a scene in the film, where Hill’s character tells Lawrence and DiCaprio to “Sit tight and assess.” The hunger games The star admitted it was an improvisation and not a script, marveling at his talent.
Besides Lawrence, DiCaprio and Hill, the film also stars Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Tyler Perry, Timothee Chalamet, Ariana Grande and many others.
The film was released on December 24, 2021 on Netflix.
