Jennifer Lawrence would never give her co-star Robert Pattinson food from his trash. But that’s exactly what she does, but not out of bad intention.
The actress explains on the Graham Norton show that the Dusk star, who recently worked with her on Die, my love, is “like my daughter”.
She adds: “He’s a great father, he’s a professional, he arrives on time, but I wouldn’t believe he would put on a coat. He brings out a very maternal side in me.”
So when one day hunger games The star recalls, “He said to me, ‘Hey, I just wrapped something a block from you.'”
She continues: “And I was like, ‘Oh my God!'” Because Rob is one of the girls. He wants to chat. It’s just one of the girls. So I said to myself: ‘Come on!'”
At the time, Jennifer remembers, “I had my friends over. We were in our pajamas. We were watching Little Women. It was December.”
As soon as Robert arrived at her house, the Oscar winner says, “He said to her, ‘Do you have any food? I’m so hungry.’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, come in, come in!'”
Panicked at the time, Jennifer said, “He goes to the bathroom and I have food, but it’s in the trash. And while he was in the bathroom, I was just taking food out of my trash.”
Robert, nevertheless, “eats it, and we all watch him eat this garbage. And then when he was finished, he said to himself: ‘I’m still hungry, is there any more?'”
But what was a surprise was that Batman had no problem when Jennifer told him that she had taken the food out of the trash.
“He said, ‘Oh, I don’t mind,'” she shares. “And he just took it out of the trash and kept eating it.”
At Jennifer and Robert’s Die, my love hits theaters on November 7.
