Jennifer Lopez admitted she’s a “shy” person, but as soon as someone starts chatting with her, she talks non-stop.
In a recent conversation with Howard Stern about his SiriusXM Radio show, the Kiss of the Spider Woman The star explained why she has a small circle of friends and is reluctant to make new ones.
The host, Stern, asked Lopez, “Do you go to any parties?”
Lopez replied: “No, not really.”
She added that she likes “the occasional drink,” but never more than one.
THE Atlas The star then shared that she was more of a person who liked to spend the night after a tiring day at work in the comfort of her home, noting that she had a small number of close friends.
“I go out when I have to. I work more, I do my things, I rush home, I get comfortable… I don’t know why. I just stay in my – I have a very small circle,” she told Stern.

On why she lacks famous friends, Lopez admitted to her shyness and that she doesn’t like bothering people.
“I think I’m shy and I don’t like to bother people, so I don’t connect with everyone,” she explained.
“I think they see me as indifferent, but that’s not the case.”
However, Lopez clarified that being shy doesn’t mean she doesn’t even talk, it’s quite the opposite.
“As soon as you start talking to me, I’ll be like, ‘Blah, blah, blah,'” she said with a laugh.
Lopez then suggested to Stern that he could be her “famous friend.”
Stern was quick to respond and said, “No, you don’t want me there, trust me. I’ll ruin it. I’ll screw it up one way or another.”
