Days after officially announcing her split from Cash Warren, Jessica Alba shared a positive post about growth and self-love.
The 43-year-old actress reposted to her official Instagram Stories on Tuesday (January 21) a quote from author and poet Diego Perez about how to heal and improve yourself.
“How to build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love growing,” Perez’s post read.
“Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person,” the message concludes.
Alba subtly hinted at her own healing journey by writing “This” in her own post.
The message arrived after Fantastic Four The star confirmed the news of her split from husband Warren after 16 years of marriage.
TMZ was the first to announce the news of the separation on January 9.
It is pertinent to mention that Alba and Warren, who married in 2008, are parents to daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7.
