Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh entered his second season to train the team, and he has already made a strong impression on his players.
The loaders, Cameron Dicker, ravaged Harbaugh’s ability to connect with players and its authenticity.
“It’s fun. It is funny that he loves you as if your own parents love you. So it is extremely authentic, which is really fun for all of us. But, guy, you never know what you are going to get,” Dicker said in PK Press Club Digital on Wednesday evening.

“He has funny things he says during meetings, the same thing (he does) with the media. So what you see is the way he is with us.” It is great. “
Last season, the charges went 11-6 and made the playoffs in the first season of Harbaugh. They lost 32-12 in the round of the AFC joker against the Texans of Houston.
Dicker said the charges needed to “have fun together” to overcome the bump. The 25 -year -old kicker said his coach did exactly that.

“I think it will come together again. Gathering the team (and) allows us to have fun. I think that is what Jim Harbaugh does. We have seen one with him this year,” said Dicker.
“He unites a team. Everyone has fun. He’s a funny strange guy. He’s great, a very authentic guy, which is incredible. It also brings out the authentic person you are. And he tries to attack every day like that. He’s great.”
Last season, Dicker made 33 of the 36 additional points attempts and 39 of the 42 goal attempts on the field.

Dicker normally does most kicks in its original stadium, Sofi Stadium, but this is about to change.
The Sofi stadium is one of the 16 host stadiums of the World Cup next year, and Dicker is excited.
“The atmosphere will be incredible. I think it adds another level when you bring international fans, when you bring (people) who reappear their country. It will be … if exciting. I am pumped,” said Dicker.
