The safety of Houston’s Texans, Jimmie Ward, was accused of having physically and sexually assaulted the mother of her 3 -year -old son under the influence of Crystal Meth, according to a trial brought in Texas on Wednesday.
The trial, filed with the Harris county district court, is added to the criminal charges to which the service faced after an arrest of June 12 for a crime of domestic violence. He was accused of having smothered Cristy West, with whom he was in a long -term relationship.
Ward, 34, was also arrested earlier this month after testing positive for alcohol, which was a violation of his deposit.

The trial, in which West is represented by Tony Buzbee, requests more than $ 20 million in damages. Buzbee has represented victims in many cases of sexual assault and high -level domestic violence.
In the costume, Ward is accused of having forced his way in West’s home in the early hours of June 12. West alleged that Ward showed “erratic and aggressive” behavior, and she thought he was under influence.

The trial also alleged that Ward had threatened to kill West several times, while slapping and stifling it, and “dragged it” in a room.
Due to the alleged altercation, their son woke up and West tried to calm him down. West then alleged that Ward had demanded that she perform a sexual act on him, and she did it out of fear for his life. Then, said the costume, West ran out of his house with his son when he was “naked and visibly injured” after Ward went to get his mobile phone after having accused him of talking to other men. West called 911 and Ward was arrested.

The trial also alleged that a previous incident had occurred in which Ward “attracted West” in his house in Houston “under the pretension to give him money for their son’s karate lessons” on April 25.
Ward would have told West that she had to enter the house and then his room, where he would have grasped it and demanded a sexual act. West says she “resisted, shouted and managed to leave”.
Steve Jackson, Ward’s lawyer, told Kprc 2 that this trial had previously been filed in Montgomery county and that he had been dismissed.
“It is the same civil trial which was filed against Mr. Ward by other lawyers who were also tried and failed during a trial before jury to prove that Jimmie was married to Ms. West. We intend to focus on the criminal allegations and the next hearing of the great jury in the hope of this question which is rejected.”

Ward is at the Texans training camp, but he always recovers from an operation of the feet he suffered during the offseason. He is on the list physically unable to play since the start of the training camp.
Ward heads for his third season with the Texans, who appointed him defensive captain last year. He totaled 48 combined plated and two interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, during the 2024 season.
