Joe Jonas has been documenting his life as a father on social media and shared the latest update showcasing his daughters’ progress in spelling and writing.
The 36-year-old musician took to Instagram and shared a photo of a wholesome message written by one of his daughters – Delphine, 3, or Willa, 5, on his Stories.
The handwritten note said “dad” with an extra “a” to the word. Below the word was written “I love you” with hearts all over the page.
The Jonas Brothers bandmate expressed his gratitude for being a father. He welcomed his first child with ex-wife Sophie Turner in 2020.
During a podcast appearance at Amy Poehler Good shot, Joe and his brothers, Nick, 33, and Kevin, 38, spoke about their experiences as parents.
As four children who grew up together, Joe explained that he experienced culture shock raising girls: “Boys are so different from girls. I’ll be watching my kids on the playground and it’s tricky. And then that kid will say, ‘Ahh!’ And dive from the top of the slide. And you just say, ‘It’s a boy,'” he said.
THE Camp Rocher one elder credited their “superstar” mother for raising the boys, saying, “She was the boss, you know… Growing up, we needed a strong voice like her to be able to control us and also make sure we weren’t pieces of shit.”
