Josh Duhamel has recently become frank and opened up to how testosterone therapy helped him.
In a new conversation at Men’s health laboratory, The 52 -year -old American actor discussed hormone therapy and revealed that his wife was one of the reasons why he started replacement hormone therapy.
Referring to his wife, Audra Mari, 31, Duhamel said: “It is important for her that I remain young and virile as long as possible.”
The enlargement on this subject, he also talked about other parts of his life that improved because of the joking therapy: “I think there is a general well-being, you know, just for these purposes alone …”
“The simple fact of having this energy, that this desire to go out and achieve, to be a better father, to be a better brother, to be a best friend, to be a better business owner, you do not erase yourself as you would normally – and I think it is also one of the advantages of it, mentally and physically”, the Transformers Star added.
Duhamel continued by mentioning that when he decided to go for testosterone therapy, he was diagnosed with low levels.
“I had heard about this for some time – on testosterone replacement therapy – and that was one of those things I didn’t want to talk about, either that I was asking about it.”
“And I think it was right, I made an inventory, a personal inventory, of what I felt, and I knew that I was not quite where I was five, 10 years old, years ago. It was then that I was tested and I realized that my levels were low, and that’s when Ransom Canyon Actor said.
It is relevant that Josh Duhamel and husband got married in 2022 after separated from the former Fergie in 2019.
