The TV personality is set to front a brand new ITV show called ‘How to Clean for Money’.

Josie Gibson has shared an update on her health in a new video, revealing that she is “recovering” in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

THE This morning the host, 41, appeared in good spirits as she relaxed in the small bedroom while wearing an oxygen mask.

Josie also showed off her changing figure following her weight loss, sporting a black sports bra and flashing a peace sign at the camera.

The hyperbaric oxygen chamber helps patients breathe 100% oxygen at 1.5 to 3 times normal atmospheric pressure.

The process is often used in medical settings for decompression sickness and serious infections, increases blood oxygen levels, stimulates tissue repair, reduces swelling and promotes healing.

However, Josie did not reveal the reason why she opted for this treatment. However, she shared a message, writing:

“Some women treat themselves to designer handbags and others treat themselves to a hyperbaric oxygen chamber #alternativehealing.”

It comes after Josie landed another massive TV job, amid rumors she has signed up for this year’s show. Strictly come dancing.
