An anti-narcotic court of Karachi issued a non-condensable arrest warrant for Mustafa Amir, a young man from the DHA, who was kidnapped and murdered in January.
Amir, who was killed in Defense Housing Authority (DHA) on January 6, had been reserved in 2024 for having allegedly transferred drugs through a messaging service under the alias “Taimoor”, according to case cases .
Despite his death, the court ordered the authorities to produce it before the bench on February 27.
Amir was removed and killed by Armaghan and Sheraz, who then stuffed his body in the trunk of his car before setting it on fire, Balutchistan.
Armaghan and Sheraz later admitted the murder after being understood by the police. It was revealed that they were the victim of Dareji before set fire to the vehicle while Mir was still semi-conscient.
The authorities should now update the court on the murder of Amir at the next hearing, while the confusion persists on the mandate issued against the deceased.
Earlier, a local Karachi court granted the police for a pre -trial detention for a day of Sahir Hassan, son of the renowned actor Sajid Hassan, as part of the Mustafa Amir Murder case.
Sahir was presented to a judicial magistrate at the legal complex of the central prison, where the police asked for a five -day pre -trial detention. However, the court only approved a day’s pre -trial detention.
Police said Sahir was arrested for drug possession and investigators claim that he had provided drugs in high -end areas for two years. The authorities also recovered narcotics that were worth 50 million rupees.
The specialized survey unit recorded a case against Sahir, alleging that he had obtained drugs from suppliers named Bazil and Yahya before distributing them. His role in the Mustafa Amir Murder case remains under investigation.
