ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has scheduled hearing of a case seeking to prevent Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri from working on Friday over allegations of holding a fake degree.
According to the docket, a two-member bench of the High Court will hear the case on November 25, filed by lawyer Mian Dawood.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Azam Khan will hear the case.
The SC had declared the High Court’s decision to suspend Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri null and void and reinstated him.
