Justin Baldoni’s legal team has made a bomb application in a new legal file, alleging that Blake Lively threatened his best friend of the pop star, Taylor Swift, to speak publicly in favor of her, in the midst of the legal battle with Baldoni.
However, Lively’s lawyer responded by calling the “categorically false” accusation.
Baldoni lawyer, Bryan Freedman, would have submitted a letter to the court claiming that the Lively team “asked that Ms. Swift will publish a declaration of support for Ms. Lively, indicating that, if Ms. Swift refused to do so, private text messages” The Hollywood Reporter.
In addition, Freedman, who claims to have received the advice from a “source which is very likely to have reliable information”, suggested that Lively would have asked Swift to delete SMS.
The Swift team responded to threats, which they think were false and possibly blackmail. This answer has been written somewhere, and now Freedman wants to see this message as potential proof of “an attempt to intimidate and forced a percipient witness in this dispute”.
The animated lawyer responded to complaints in a press release via PeopleBy reading: “This is categorically false. We unequivocally refuse all these so-called allegations, which are loose to supposed anonymous sources, and completely without attachment of reality.”
