Karachi Heatwave ends but the increase in temperatures prevails

The recent heat fate affecting Karachi has calmed down, but the Pakistani meteorological department warned that a large part of the Sindh province could face another extreme heat access from April 24 to 29.

According to the early alert center, Karachi should undergo warm and more humid conditions over the next three days, Express News reported.

The maximum temperature in the city could reach 39 ° C Wednesday and hover about 38 ° C Thursday and Friday.

While Karachi escapes the weight of the heat wave, temperatures in several interior districts should increase considerably above seasonal standards.

The districts that should be the most affected are Dadu, Qambar Shahdadkot, Shaheed Benazirabad, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Naushero Feroze, Larkana, Sukkur, Jamishoro, Matiari, Tando Muhamd Khan, Tando Allahyar, Hyderabad and Badin.

In these areas, temperatures can increase 6 to 8 degrees above average.

Meanwhile, Tharparkar, Umerkot and Mirpurkhas should record increases of 4 to 6 degrees above normal summits.

The meteorological service urged residents of the affected regions to take precautionary measures and to remain hydrated during rush hour in the afternoon.

High temperatures are likely to persist until the beginning of next week.
