Kate Middleton and Prince William are no doubt aware of their future roles as king and queen, as King Charles continues his own cancer treatment.
This was reported by Good morning magazine as Kate and William are expected to spend more time together this year.
The outlet, citing royal experts, reported that Kate Middleton would soon be back alongside her husband as the couple takes on a bigger role on the world stage.
Royal expert Robert Jobson said Good morning, “Last year was an exceptional year, and William stepped into the solo role of world statesman, but going forward I think Catherine will spend more time at his side.”
The royal expert added that both Kate and William will be “mindful” of their children’s upbringing and will ensure “they are there if something crucial happens, but there will be situations where they need to putting the country and their duty before their children.”
Jobson also predicted Kate and William’s state visit once Donald Trump becomes president.
He said: “Once Trump becomes president, there will be another state visit, and William and Catherine will play a key role, just as the King did last time, during the late Queen’s lifetime. It’s all part of William becoming a global figure.”
