According to a video obtained by TMZthe couple was spotted together on Saturday evening in Paris, France, celebrating the Roar singer’s 41st birthday.
Perry looked stunning in a figure-hugging red dress as she held hands with the former Canadian Prime Minister outside Crazy Horse Paris.

The two famous personalities, who first sparked dating rumors in July, looked quite comfortable as they exited the theater and headed into a chauffeur-driven vehicle.
