Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu arrived in Islamabad during an official two-day visit to Pakistan on Monday, Radio Pakistan reported.
It was received at the airport by an additional secretary (Western Asia) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Syed Ali Asad Gillani, as well as other senior officials. Nurtleu is accompanied by a delegation of thirteen members.

This important visit comes before the planned visit to the president of Kazakhstan in Pakistan in November. On the sidelines, meetings of joint working groups on agriculture and this will also take place.
During his stay, the DPM Kazakh will hold a trio- step-to-work with the Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar, followed by talks at the level of the delegation. He should also call President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

The discussions will make it possible to review the preparations for the next presidential visit and to deliberate in a global manner on the whole spectrum of bilateral cooperation Pak – Kazakh. The agenda will focus particularly on trade and investment, agriculture, education, cultural and tourist exchanges, regional connectivity and logistics, as well as collaboration with multilateral Fora.
The visit should further cement Pakistani-Kazakhstanes and deepen bilateral commitments in various fields for the mutual benefit of the inhabitants of the two countries.
