Keith Urban always remembers saying the sweetest words to his wife Nicole Kidman even during her big victories.
On Thursday, May 8, the 57 -year -old country star was honored by the prestigious Triple Crown Award at the 60th Country Music Academy
Megan Moroney and Chris Stapleton paid tribute to Urban and interpreted part of his successful musical work because they concluded their speech with “We Love You, Keith”.
Urban, who danced with his wife in the audience, resumed the scene with a guitar after the Osborne Mini brothers Tribute to Urban in which he played is in 1999 Where does the Blacktop end.
During Urban’s acceptance speech, he first expressed his gratitude to the artists for the “incredible” tribute, then sprang on his wife while giving a cry to his recent role in Babygirl.
“My wife, Nicole Mary, is here tonight. I love you, Babygirl. And our daughters on Sunday and faith looking at home this evening, I love you both,” Urban springs.
He continued by saying: “I have a massive team that I could not thank with a name, but I would like to thank my team for having worked so incredibly hard behind the scenes, because there is no like a self -taught man. I want to thank my road group and my family of roads. And I mean a special thank you to all the fans who came to see us.”
The singer ended his tribute with a nod to his next tours with Blake Shelton in May.
“Thank you very much,” he added. “We will see you soon.”
