Kellen Moore to take the job of saints head coach after winning the Super Bowl with Eagles: reports

Kellen Moore is expected to become the new head coach of New Orleans more than a day after helping the Eagles in Philadelphia to defeat the Chiefs of Kansas City in the Super Bowl Lix.

Sources told Fox Sports that Moore was going to be appointed the next head coach of the Saints. NFL Network also indicated that the agreement was being finalized.

Moore was the offensive coordinator of the Eagles for a season – an integral part in which the team won the title of the Super Bowl.

Moore had been a very coveted coach a few cycles ago, but had never won a coaching job. He was an attacking coordinator with the Dallas Cowboys for four years before taking the same job with the Los Angeles loaders last season.

While Jim Harbaugh resumed coaching tasks, Moore was absent. He then joined Nick Sirianni’s staff in Philadelphia. The team finished seventh in points scored and eighth in yards won during the season.

Philadelphia has set up the team’s offensive capacity throughout the season. Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley brought the offensive explosion, the ball carrier almost broke the record for a single season by Eric Dickerson.

In playoffs, the offensive also played at a high level on the way to a Super Bowl victory.

Sirianni implored Moore to stay in their staff immediately after the team won the Super Bowl Lix.

“Let’s get this S — back,” said Sirianni, speaking to Tom Rinaldi de Fox.
