Kelly, who previously discussed speculation about potential trade, said she was happy to learn that Stafford would remain with the Rams.

After the end of the 2024 season, speculation began to build around the future of Stafford with the Rams. The first reports indicated that the team hesitated to renegotiate the contract extension of $ 160 million over four years which it signed in 2022.
