The KP government has filed a request from the Supreme Court aimed at becoming a party in the current examination case concerning the reserved seats.
The petition was submitted by the Additional KP defender, claiming that the government and the speaker are the necessary parts.
The request argues that the revision petitioners have deliberately excluded the KP government, adding that the court’s decision directly affects its fundamental rights and interests.
The KP government asked the SC to officially include it as a respondent in the case of reserved seats.
