Peshawar:

The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government firmly opposed any military operation within the province, categorically rejecting the distinction between “good” and “bad” Taliban and denouncing the use of “drone strikes” on its territory.

The announcement of the provincial government came while the chief minister of KP, Ali Amin Gandapur, addressed a press conference after organizing a conference on the camera all the parties (APC) at the house of the chief minister in Peshawar.

The conference was followed by members of the provincial cabinet, MPa and representatives of various political parties, notably JI, JUI-S, PTI, QWP and PTI-Parliamentaires, as well as the former governors of KP Shaukatullah and Shah Farman.

The participants in the meeting were informed of the current situation of public order in KP and the efforts of the provincial government to limit terrorism in the province.

The chief minister noted that the federal authorities and their security forces should protect the borders, while the provincial police are fully capable of fighting terrorism within KP.

“We have said on several occasions that there is no room for good or bad Taliban in the province. Individuals carrying arms under the name of an institution will not be allowed to stay in the province,” he said.

“Those who support the good Taliban must expel them immediately from the province. This is the reason why the gap between the government, public and public institutions widens,” he added.

The APC has published a joint action plan describing several key points, including an expression of solidarity with the families of victims of terrorism.

The conference called for intelligence -based operations (IBOS) to eliminate Khawarij and restore long -term peace in the province.

All political parties, the former tribal, the public, the KP government, the administration and the law enforcement organizations reaffirm their commitment to make decisive and blind measures for lasting peace and the elimination of terrorism, has read the joint plan.

Media information on the current public order situation, the chief minister announced that Jirgas was detained in all tribal districts and that a large Jirga will be summoned in 15 days.

“Operations are not a solution to any problem and have given no significant result. () Security forces and civilians have undergone losses following operations. We send a clear message that we will not allow any kind of operation in our province, nor such an acceptable action,” said Gandapur.

“Drone strikes [are also] Unacceptable because even terrorists have started using drones, which endangers ordinary citizens. “”

The chief minister said that the provincial government would recruit 300 police officers in each tribal district through local tribes to strengthen the capacity of the law.

The chief minister also targeted the federal government, declaring that the promises made under the NFC price have not been held. “Our provincial assets belong to the province and cannot be given to any other authority.”

He rejected any “federal surpassing” through proposed legislation as the Mines and Minerals Bill.

Gandapur condemned the taxation of taxes in the old Fata and Pata, which, according to him, violates repeated provincial requests. “We do not accept these taxes and will not cooperate with the federal government when they are implemented,” he said.

He also opposed the transformation of the Constabulary Frontier (FC) into federal force and announced that the province would dispute this decision before the court, noting that KP was not consulted on the decision.

Taking a blow against federal officials, the chief minister said: “(DPM / FM) Ishaq Dar does not have the jurisdiction to effectively defend this province. (Interior Minister) Mohin Naqvi only understands cricket and overflights. He has no knowledge of KP’s terrestrial realities.”

Gandapur also criticized the political parties that boycotted the APC, saying that they did not have the courage to face the decisions of the conference and indirectly encourage chaos and terrorism. However, he argued that the KP government remains open to dialogue. “Our doors are always open for them. If they wish to reconstruct themselves or renegotiate for the good of the province, we are ready.”

In Afghanistan, Gandapur said that the world community has accepted the Afghan government and that constructive commitment is now necessary.
