ISLAMABAD:
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Friday urged the KP government to implement the federal government’s zero tolerance policy against terrorism and avoid laxity in implementing security measures.
Speaking to a news channel, he stressed that even as Pakistani armed forces continue to sacrifice their lives for national security, provincial authorities must fully cooperate in implementing anti-terrorism policies.
Chaudhry said more than 8,200 military personnel were killed in the fight against terrorism in KP, highlighting the magnitude of sacrifices made by the armed forces.
