Rawalpindi:
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur warned that if the attitude of power holders remains indifferent with the PTI, KP will not support the government during his interviews with the IMF.
Speaking to the media after meeting Imran Khan in Adiala prison on Thursday, Gandapur said that KP was the only province that had reached all of its targets.
“My position is the same as that of Imran Khan on Coas,” said Gandapur, adding that the opinions of party leaders have no value after the declaration of the founder of the PTI.
KP CM has stressed that he had a duty to manage the government, but he will now mobilize for the demonstrations.
Gandapur said that the state cannot be managed by force and those who direct the series, must recognize reality. He demanded that the founder of the PTI be released.
Meanwhile, after the president of the PTI, lawyer Gohar Ali Khan, paid tribute to the sister of General Asim Munnir, the sister of the founder of the PTI, Imran Khan, Aleema Khanum, said that it was the personal opinion of the president of the PTI and that the party does not approve of the declaration.
Speaking of journalists outside of Adiala prison, Aleema Khanum said that Imran Khan’s position on the issue had already been transmitted to the media. She said that no one from the establishment came to see Imran Khan in prison, adding that reports on talks are distributed to divert attention. “We will not accept if someone in the party talks about dialogue with the government,” she said.
Aleema stressed that lawyer Gohar cannot represent PTI in the presence of Imran Khan and reiterated that Imran Khan had already expressed his position concerning the Coas who received the title of Marshal of the field. She quoted Imran Khan saying: “There is a jungle law, and the coas could give herself the title of king.”
Aleema also quoted Imran Khan criticizing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, declaring that Modi must be at the origin of recent misadventures and that the sponsorship of India terrorism demonstrates the active role of Modi.
