Kris Jenner has reached her breaking point in the ongoing legal feud with Ray J, filing a new statement of claim accusing the singer of “publicly terrorizing” her daughter Kim Kardashian for the past two decades.
The 70-year-old mother didn’t hold back in court documents, claiming that Ray J constantly lied in the media just to stay in the spotlight.
The drama really heated up after a live stream in September 2025, where Ray J allegedly claimed that federal agents were investigating the mother and daughter for acts even more serious than those of Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Jenner described the accusations as “outrageous lies” that have caused her family considerable pain.
In her emotional statement, she said: “My family is of the utmost importance to me. It is deeply painful to watch my daughter go through the stress placed on her by [Ray J]and his feelings of despair and [that] his harassment will never stop. »
Jenner noted that in her long career, she had never felt the need to sue anyone for defamation until now, but she felt she had to intervene because she could no longer bear to see her daughter cry over these allegations.
Beyond the emotional impact, Jenner mentioned that she was personally shaken and insulted by the allegations, which she said could damage her company’s reputation.
Kim Kardashian, now 45, also shared her own concerns in a separate filing last week.
She expressed deep concern that Ray J’s claims could jeopardize her aspirations to become a lawyer.
On a more personal level, she spoke about the “difficult conversations” she had to have with her four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, following the singer’s repeated assertions.
The legal battle between the two parties is becoming more and more complicated.
While Kim and Kris sued Ray J in October 2025 for his racketeering comments, Ray J fought back with his own lawsuit a month later.
He claimed they were actually the ones who leaked their infamous tape from the early 2000s, an allegation the Kardashians dismissed as a “disjointed, disjointed distraction.”
