Lahore:
Lahore, who had already witnessed the drop in seven Indian drones by the Pakistan armed forces in the first half of the day, found herself swept away in the maelstrom of Indian propaganda.
In the afternoon, several “ghosts” attacks were reported by Indian news channels. However, life in the city has remained intact by the storm, continuing as business as usual.
“Lahore is attacked!” Cried the latest news in almost all Indian media – a story that, as expected, had probably made its way to their office gracked Indian intelligence agencies. This sent a undulation in the world of Indian media, with points of sale that rush to obtain their contacts (journalists) to Lahore to make a comment on the situation.
However, even those on the field in Lahore were surprised by the questions, uncertain of reality behind the reports.
In an attempt to clean the fog of uncertainty, local journalists quickly contacted the police and government representatives to confirm. Although it was verified and demystified, the Indian media has stubbornly pushed the story of ghost attacks.
Then, as if it is, as if, fictitious reports have surfaced on a missile strike in the Raiwind region, attributed to the Indian forces. The propaganda machine has projected another lie, punching the waters more.
This has marked the second false story of breakup of the day. Earlier, the eagerly warned Indian media said that the Lahore air defense system had been neutralized by Indian drones, forcing the city to suspend its air traffic.
While the closure of flight operations was indeed due to repeated incursions from India, the claim of “neutralization of air defense” was completely demystified.
Given the incessant assault on India, the government has been cautious and educational establishments were closed until Sunday.
To further strengthen the preparation, the Punjab chief minister ordered the district administration to supervise civil defense exercises. In accordance with this directive, Rescue 1122 launched exercises simulated in various cities of Punjab.
As part of these preparations, civil defense exercises were to start in Rawalpindi, Murrier, Jhelum, Chakwal, Sargodha, Narowal, Gujranwala, Hafizabad and Siackot, with simulated exercises already underway in Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Multan, Kanewal Cities.
On the special instructions of the chief minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, a cutting -edge control room was created at the Directorate General of Public Relations (DGPR).
This has been done to ensure that precise, timely and authentic information is disseminated to the public in an emergency and in extraordinary situations.
