LeBron James crossed another important step in his unprecedented NBA career on Tuesday, becoming the first player to score 50,000 points in total after hitting a pointer of three to the first quarter of the Lakers home match against the Pélicans.
James participated in the competition with 49,999 points combined in the regular season and in the playoffs and drained a Deep shot to add another historic moment to the career of “King James”.
James, 40, already has the most regular points of the season after having broken the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar marking record in February 2023, a brand that was 39 years.

The native of Akron, Ohio, also holds the record of all time in the playoffs, a title he fired from Michael Jordan in May 2017.
James did not show any signs of slowdown in his 22nd season in the league.
He was appointed player of the west’s conference for February for February, extending his league record at 41 monthly prices, including three with the Lakers.
He is also the oldest player to win the award, passing the previous record set by Karl Malone (37 years old) with Utah Jazz in November 2000.
The quadruple NBA James champion and the Lakers have been in tears since their acquisition of Luka Da Dallas Mavericks in an amazing exchange for Anthony Davis last month.
They participated in the Tuesday competition on a sequence of six consecutive victories and reached second place in the Western Conference.
