LeBron James again feeds retirement speculation after having published a video tease on social networks.

In June, the top scorer of all time in the NBA published a seven-second video in which he appeared in front of the journalists at a press conference when we asked: “Are retirement rumors? What is the next step?” This video turned out to be an advertisement for Amazon Prime.

Well, in a new video published Monday, a man is seen sitting on a chair on a basketball court while James heads for another chair.

James then sits before the camera passes to a graphic that reads as follows: “The second decision to come”.

“The decision of all decisions. October 7 12 hne,” James wrote on his social networks.

It should be noted that Tuesday marks the start of “Prime Day”, so maybe it’s a series of its Amazon Prime campaign.

James has just finished his 22nd season in the NBA and has practically shown no sign of slowdown. During his 40 -year season, he collected an average of 24.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds. He posted 10 triple doubles last season, his plus since 2019-20, when he won his fourth NBA championship.

He obtained his 21st sign of a consecutive star head, extending his record. After 40 years on December 30, James has an average of 25.1 points per game, the most per all players aged 40 or over.

James became the first player in the NBA history to play in the league at the same time as his son, Bonny James, who was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers last summer. The two played in 21 games together.

If James ended up playing in 2025-2026, it would be his 23rd NBA season, which would establish a new record. He is currently sharing the record with Vince Carter. He has not yet hired and said he would think of his future after his Los Angeles Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs.
