The Irish golfer Leona Maguire fought for the head of the female championship KPMG PGA during the weekend even when she expressed her discomfort with tick stings.
Maguire said that she had suffered from Erin Hills Golf Couse in Wisconsin during the American women’s open and dealt with the doxycycline. However, Maguire showed journalists during the PGA female championship that his hand was swollen.

She described the blister as a “pepperoni”, according to golf week.
“It made my skin like tissue paper,” she said at the exit.

Texas Heat has not helped Maguire much during the tournament. She finished the first round of the female championship PGA four blows behind the leader Jeeno Thitikul but fell from the rhythm.
She pulled a 76 in the final round and finished tied to the 19th with Nelly Korda, Miranda Wang and Youmin Hwang. Minjee Lee won the tournament.
“A big thank you to @KPMG and @kpmgsports for their continuous commitment to raising female golf course and for excellent hospitality this week,” wrote Maguire in an article on his Instagram account. “@KPMGWOMERSPGA PGA Frisco was a difficult test – the wind did not give up, but we did not! Radio to be back in the end on Sunday afternoon.”
Maguire has been on the LPGA tour since 2020. This season, she made 14 appearances in the tournament and cut the cup 10 times.

She has won about $ 315,000 so far this season.
