Leonardo DiCaprio does not feel a little more than 35 despite his entry into the fifties last year.
The Oscar winner was in conversation with his One battle after another Director, Paul Thomas Anderson, for Esquire Hollywood Mavericks Problem, when he went at what age he feels.
“If you didn’t know how old, how old are you at the moment?” The filmmaker asked which Dicaprio replied: “Thirty-two”.
DiCaprio thought more about his 50th stage anniversary, admitting that he felt more as if he had become “emotionally 35”.
The star of the Titanic added that the entry into the fifties made him more intentional about how he spends his time. “It creates a feeling that you have the desire to be more honest and not to waste your time,” he said.
“I can only imagine how the next decades will progress,” he added.
DiCaprio credited his mother, Irmelin, as his model to live authentically. “She just says exactly what she thinks and does not waste time. She doesn’t spend time trying to simulate.”
He noted that it means “being more initial and risking disintegrating or risking disagreements or risking separating from any type of relationship in life – staff, professional”.
“You don’t want to waste your time anymore,” he added.
