Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy has been criticized again for having a close friendship with the late singer’s fierce critic.
Fans of the former One Direction singer already think that Kate took advantage of his death as she reached almost a million followers.
Her latest move once again triggered Liam’s fans as she opened up about her friendship with American YouTuber Trisha Paytas, who was known for mocking the singer on her podcast days before his tragic death.
Days before Payne’s death, Trisha made comments about him like, “He has weird terms with everyone from One Direction.” »
She even said, “If there’s no reunion, it’s because of Liam. Because they just don’t want to be with him.”
“They need to exile him. People would be more excited about a reunion if there was no Liam. Their value goes up,” the 37-year-old media personality said on Just Trish podcast.
The criticism sparked anger from Liam’s fans, who immediately “canceled” Trisha for her inappropriate remarks.
In the recent episode of his podcast, Paytas discussed Cassidy’s social media posts for the Tears singer while admitting, “I love her and she follows me too.”
In response, the 26-year-old internet personality also posted a photo with the caption: “Yes, I saw the Trisha podcast clip and the feeling is mutual.”
Social media slammed Kate for being friends with someone who disrespected Liam.
A source said Daily mail, “It’s been lucrative for her, and now she’s cultivated a friendship with one of Liam’s fiercest critics. No one can understand why she did this.”
Payne died on October 16, 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
