Five months after his post, McMahon helped direct the training of a new federal team in title IX in collaboration with the United States Ministry of Justice.

The recent Lycée sports season presented several cases of Protestant female athletes and demonstrating against transgender opponents, whether packages or medal podium waterfalls, in an increasing viral trend.

PK Press Club Digital (FND): What is your position on the idea of future criminal proceedings to managers who do not apply title IX and do not allow [biological] Men to participate in the sports of girls?

McMahon: “I haven’t really addressed this with the Ministry of Justice, but it is certainly something that if the president wanted us to examine it, we will certainly do it.”

FND: Enter [the next high school sports season]How important do you think it is important that high school athletes make an effort to demonstrate against the legislators of the Democratic State who do not apply the IX title?

McMahon: “I think it’s very important, this is one of the things I mentioned today when I made my comments to this group. I congratulated these young women to have taken a stand and I encouraged them to continue doing it.

“Because that’s what will make a difference, it is to have these female athletes and these athletes who are really very strong and deserve the right to be able to play in the sport of their choice, but to compete with girls, because it is just an unjust playground otherwise.

“And they must defend their own rights. And also know that we will stand behind.”

FND: What can state [like California, Maine and Minnesota] Expect the second half now that we have spent four to five months since President Trump signed [Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports] Executive decree and they still don’t follow him?

McMahon: “They run the risk of withdrawing their federal funding. This is the main thing on the table. We have a task for the Ministry of Education to do with the Ministry of Justice to investigate the violations of the title IX and this is what we do. So the penalties are on the table for those we find in violation.”
