- With three in four people recognizing brand value, LinkedIn responds with a new Premium subscription
- It provides a central dashboard to keep an overview of hiring, marketing and sales.
- Some of the subscription benefits include AI writing assistants and extra credits
LinkedIn announced the launch of Premium All-in-One, a new offering specifically designed to help small businesses and sole traders with recruiting, marketing and sales.
The tool is built around a new dashboard that showcases sales, marketing and recruiting activities in one place, with built-in guidance and recommended next steps to give business leaders additional direction.
According to LinkedIn, three in four small business owners (74%) agree that building their brand is essential to helping them achieve their goals.
LinkedIn targets SMEs with new Premium All-in-One plan
On the sales prospecting side, LinkedIn adds new daily suggestions tailored to target criteria, revealing response rates up to 60% higher during initial tests. Users can use LinkedIn’s AI writing assistant to personalize messages and use InMail credits for better delivery.
Premium All-in-One also includes credits that they can use to distribute posts to a wider audience. “Small businesses using Premium All-in-One experience increased visibility on LinkedIn, including a 57% increase in followers and a 40% increase in profile views,” the company added.
The team also emphasized that this is not a tool designed aimlessly to fill a gap that never existed – users were apparently asking for it.
While we know it’s subscription-based, the company hasn’t shared pricing details. It is currently being rolled out and is only available to “select users” – a wider rollout is being considered, but we do not know the scope of the current restrictions.
LinkedIn is on the rise with its AI-based tools, launching an AI Hiring Assistant at the end of 2024 to help recruiters process applications. This is also a long-term effort to verify every user and business. Premium All-in-One falls between Premium Business and Premium Company Page by plan details, but it has its own unique set of features, so it’s unclear whether SMBs can combine multiple plans and add verification as well.
