Liv Golf Virginia: Phil Mickelson hits an incredible blow

Phil Mickelson has shown the golf world he still has during a Liv golf tournament on Sunday.

Mickelson was on the 17th hole at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club Sunday in Virginia, when he was trying a Rough shot. He was standing in the bunker and swarmed his club, trying to hit him to get on the green – at the very least.

The ball traveled on the green and continued to roll until it falls into the cup.

Hyflyers GC, the Mickelson team is the captain of eighth place while Andy Ogletree, Brendan Steele and Cameron Tringale finished well below Mickelson.

Joaquin Niemann won the tournament, finishing 15 sous. Graeme McDowell and Anirban Lahiri were tied in second row, pulling 14 sous.

Niemann won four victories over the season and left Virginia with a farm advance for the championship. Dechambeau is right behind him. Jon Rahm, Sergio Garcia and Lucas Herbert complete the first five.

Mickelson is in 11th in the standings when he missed the first tournament of the season. He finished third in Hong Kong and sixth in Miami to accompany his arrival in Virginia.
