- Logitech G revealed and published its RS50 race system
- The products include the wheel base, the racing wheel, the pedals and more
- They are available to buy now on the Logitech G website
The Logitech game brand, Logitech G, has just revealed and launching a multitude of new equipment focused on racing sim. Many previous products from the brand have found themselves in our best running wheel guides, including the best PS5 running wheels and the best Xbox racing wheels – and this new lot could end.
Known collectively as the RS50 system, the complete package includes a brand new wheelbase, wheel hub, running wheel and table pliers. A set of RS pedals is also available, although sold separately. All equipment is available for purchase now on the Logitech G website.
In terms of price, the RS50 system, which includes all the products above without pedals, will cost $ 699.99 / £ 599.99. The RS pedals, on the other hand, will cost $ 159.99 / £ 119.99. If you wanted to buy on a database by Durware, you can also do it. The RS50 wheelbase, for example, is $ 349.99 / £ 249.99 for the PC version only, while a PlayStation version is $ 449.99 / £ 339.99.
The wheelbase offers a direct drive engine, capable of a rather thunderous 8 Nm torque. As with previous Logitech G products, the brand’s TrueForce force feedback is also activated. You can also expect an on -board OLED screen for various parameters and adjustments, and up to 2,700 degrees of cornering angle.
It may seem excessive, but Logitech has cited the growing popularity of truck sims like Euro 2 truck simulator As a reason for such a large corner of turn. Of course, all of this can be personalized and limited via G HUB software from the brand on PC, with recorded parameters also carrying console.
The RS pedals, on the other hand, offer some innovations that certainly bother them if you are eager to upgrade. A loading load brake of 165 lb / 75 kg customizable and a hall effect accelerator powered by the effect are clear stars here. You can also adjust the length of the pedal and apply (included) carpet handles (or walls to secure them firmly in place for configurations based on the desktop.
Although the RS50 system differs from tastes of the excellent Logitech G923 or Logitech G920 in that it is a direct reader configuration as opposed to the plug-and-play, its high level of personalization and (hopefully) a high quality of construction could make it a race configuration that will last you for the coming years.
