“The year 2 of First Fairway Cuddles and watching you live your dreams,” she wrote in the legend on Instagram with a photo of the two walking on the golf course. “Second season in books – Eternally grateful to be on this walk with you, here is much more!
“I encourage you the right boy, you make him so easy to be proud.”
The heartbreaking message was revealed when his death was revealed on Instagram by a friend.
“Makena was one of a kind,” said the Friday Post. “She had this rare way of making you feel special, and her huge heart was always overflowing with love. Being loved by Makena was a gift; the one who came with endless laughter, so much joy and a healthy sausage of chaos while we were trying to follow her travel schedule.”

Knapp broke his silence through his manager.
“It is an understatement to say how difficult this is to deal with for all those who knew Mak, in particular his family and friends, who deserve privacy and respect during this difficult period,” a declaration told the Associated Press.
“Makena was such a thoughtful person whose altruism towards others is something that I will always appreciate. We have shared so many unforgettable memories together and now that it is no longer with us, it is a reality difficult to understand.
