Bahria Town Mank Riaz president received a threatening email, demanding an extortion of 50-bit parts, equivalent to 1.42 billion rupees.
Depending on the details, the president of the city of Bahria received the email on January 12, containing death threats for him and his family if he does not pay 50 bits of 50-bit valuing approximately 1.42 billion Rupes.
The vice-chief of the city of Bahria, Khalilur Rehman, submitted a request to the Abpara police station to file a case. He informed the police that the president of Bahria Town, Malik Riaz, had received an email, demanding RS50 bit parts as extortion.
The sender threatened to kill Malik Riaz and his family if the amount was not paid.
After the email, a suspected person was seen on a motorcycle outside the daughter’s daughter of Malik Riaz on January 27 at 11:15 am. Malik Riaz also lives in the same house.
The suspected person continued to receive and click on photos from the house. The incident fueled fear and tension. The identification of the sender’s email apparently showed that it had been sent from Switzerland, but the progress events indicated that he had been sent from Pakistan. However, the facts will be before the investigation.
The request said that Malik Riaz and his family were facing death threats, so a case is filed and that measures be taken.
