A 21 -year -old was accused of having provided alcohol to the fan of Pittsburgh Pirates who fell from the stands on the ground last month, according to several reports.
Kavan Markwood, a former 20 -year -old university football player, was identified as man which fell to more than 20 feet on the warning track of the right field.
According to information, Ethan Kirkwood was accused of providing alcohol to a minor.

WTAE quoted a criminal complaint that highlighted the surveillance video that showed Kirkwood and Markwood several times with alcohol. The complaint said Kirkwood admitted to having bought Markwood alcohol.
Pittsburgh police did not immediately respond to an email from PK Press Club Digital.
Markwood is lying on dirt in the right field after having shot several times in the air during the seventh round of a pirate match against the Chicago Cubs.
The 20 -year -old broke his neck, the collarbone and the return to the fall, but Markwood says he has “good” despite a long way to recovery.

“I can’t really sleep. I have a lot of back pain,” he said to Triblive.
Markwood described his injuries as “all broken”, which also included a swollen hand.
“I think when I come home, I’m just going to put ice on it,” he added.
After the accident, Markwood was rushed Allegheny General HospitalTrauma unit, where he was in critical condition at some point.
Pittsburgh Public Safety labeled what happened an accident, and the fans sitting near Markwood said that he had enthusiastic about a pirate rally during the match and had removed his shirt and pour beer before the fall, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Markwood played for two division II football programs, Walsh University and Wheeling University. He played Wheeling in 2023, appearing in four games, according to the team’s website.
