Mandates revoked in the accommodation file

Islamabad:

A court of responsibility (AC) canceled the non -reducing arrest warrants on Wednesday issued for the deputy commissioners (DCS) of Islamabad and Haripur in the Bankers City Housing Scheme case, while confirming the mandate against the DC of Rawalpindi.

In a case of embezzlement of separate funds, a civil judge rejected a request for extension of the physical referral of the former chief executive (CEO) of the District Education Authority (DEA) and a co-accused cashier. The two were sentenced to be sent to Adiala prison in pre -trial detention.

Meanwhile, the civil judge Waqar Ahmed Sidhu rejected the request (ACE) of the anti-corruption establishment (ACE) for a three-day extension of the pre-trial detention of the former CEO of the DEA, Amanullah Cheema and the cashier Arshad Mahmood, accused in a case of corruption involving Rs. 8 million.

Rather, the court referred them to Adiala prison and again ordered their production on July 3. The investigating officer was responsible for submitting the accusation of accusation to the following hearing date.

The accused was presented to the court following the conclusion of a two -day physical dismissal.
